The CMHA Board voted to continue regularly scheduled monthly Board meetings to be held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month during the 2023 year with a start time of 11am at the CMHA Main Office 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH 43920.
The following dates will be the 2023 Board meetings:

- March 15, 2023
- April 19, 2023
- May 17, 2023
- June 21, 2023
- July 17, 2023*
- September 27, 2023*
- October 11, 2023*
- November 15, 2023
- December 2023 – to be determined due to holiday week
