On April 28, 2025 The Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Program announces revisions the following policy:
Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan
The public can view the revised policy in the main lobby of CMHA 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920 or can request an electronic copy of the policy by email at HCV@colmha.org CMHA will email an electronic pdf copy of policy with changes.
You may submit written comments to CMHA by mail to: CMHA, Attn: Main Office: HCV Admin Plan, 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH 43920 or by email to HCV@colmha.org by June 12, 2025 at Noon EST.
All written public comments received by June 12, 2025 at 12:00PM EST will be reviewed by the CMHA Board of Commissioners and given consideration.
A public hearing will be held before the HCV Admin Plan is adopted by CMHA Board of Commissioners. The CMHA Board of Commissioners’ public hearing meeting will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 11am at 325 Moore Street East Liverpool, OH 43920.
