Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) announces openings for full-time maintenance personnel. The wage varies from $15.00 – $20.00 per hour based upon experience. The work site location is in East Liverpool, Ohio. Must possess a valid driver’s license. The position includes OPERS retirement benefits, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance policies along with sick, vacation, and holiday pay.
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- General Service Repairs
- Painting / Drywall
- Lawn
- Snow Removal
