LEGAL NOTICE – Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority announces that the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program will open the voucher waitlist application on Monday, January 26, 2026 starting at 9:00AM EST. The HCV waitlist application will close on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 4:00PM EST.

Applications must be submitted on-line at www.cmhamove.com by clicking the HCV application button and will be available 24 hours a day during the application opening period.

СМНА will not distribute paper applications. Fax, email and in-person requests will not be accepted. Applicants may use any computer, tablet, or smart phone with internet access to apply online including free computers at public libraries and other county agencies.

Applicants with disabilities may requestspecial accommodations by emailing apply@colmha.org to arrange for an accommodation appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted or phone calls requesting waitlist status or application rank.

Current CMHA public housing tenants must be in good standing with their lease requirements, including housed for 1 year, pass inspections and have a zero rent balance to ap-oly for a HC voucher
