ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS COLUMBIANA METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY COLUMBIANA COUNTY, OHIO General Notice
Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following projects:
Bid Project: Mechanical Replacement at Fawcett Apartments
Project No. T60-11630.03
325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH 43920
Bids for the construction of Project T60-11630.03 will be received at the office of the Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority located at 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH until May 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid State of Ohio Business Certificate and a minimum 5-years’ experience in work required.
The project includes the following work:
Removal of existing rooftop HVAC System and installation of new rooftop HVAC System.

Bids for the construction of Project T60-11630.04 will be received at the office of the Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority located at 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH until May 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive bids from only qualified contractors with a valid State of Ohio Business Certificate and a minimum 5-years’ experience in work required.
The project includes the following work:
Removal of existing rooftop HVAC System and installation of new rooftop HVAC System.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Mechanical Replacement at Fawcett Apartments T60-11630.03 will be held on April 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
A pre-bid conference for the Mechanical Replacement at Riverview Towers T60-11630.04 will be held on April 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Both pre-bid meetings will be held at 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool, OH. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a source other than the designated website, in either electronic or paper format. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Architect will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by paying $40 per set during the hours indicated. Cost does not include shipping charges. Amounts paid are not subject to refund.
Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
The Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
