CMHA Board will meet May 18, 2022 at 11am at Fawcett Apartments Main Office, 325 Moore Street, East Liverpool.
The Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority is revising the following policies to eliminate application screening preferences:
1. The Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)
2. The Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan You can view these new policies at any CMHA property lobby announcement communication board. If you request an electronic copy of the policy changes, send an email request to jen@colmha.org and CMHA will send you an electronic copy of all the policy changes.
You may submit written comments on any of these documents to Jen Andre at 325 Moore Street East Liverpool, Ohio 43920 by May 11, 2022. All written comments received by May 11th will be given consideration.
A public hearing will be held before these policies are adopted by CMHA’s Board of Commissioners. Because of Covid-19 the hearing may be a virtual meeting. The public hearing and the May 18, 2022 Board meeting will be announced in compliance with State law.
