CMHA will be accepting bids for pressure washing Fawcett Apartments. Located @ 325 Moore St. East Liverpool, Ohio.

Bids must be received by 2 PM. Friday the 18th of August 2023 via in person or email to Mike@colmha.org

The scope of work is to include:

Pressure wash exterior of building using Sodium Hypochlorite  (dilution rate of .79, no stronger than 3% increase),
Combined with Surfacant.   Bio-Degradable chemicals only.

Repair Dryvit as needed
Recaulk as needed

Additional information:

CMHA will supply water
Lift is contractor’s responsibility
Insurance is mandatory, a copy supplied with bid
Prevailing wage must be paid per Davis Bacon:
